About D Woods Villa Interior

We are an interior design and manufacturing company based in Greater Noida West, working across Noida, Greater Noida and Ghaziabad. We design homes, build the joinery ourselves, and run the site until handover. There is no third party between the drawing you approve and the furniture that arrives.

Why We Started

Our team came out of the large organised interior brands, including Livspace, HomeLane and High Creation Interior. We learned the process there and we learned what frustrates customers about it.

Two things came up again and again. The first was pricing that moved after the contract was signed, because the original quotation was a lump sum with nothing named inside it. The second was manufacturing outsourced to whichever workshop was cheapest that month, which meant nobody could honestly promise a date.

We set up independently in 2020 to run it differently. Not with better marketing, but with two structural changes: an itemised quotation that names every material grade and hardware brand, and our own production unit so the timeline is ours to keep.

How We Are Set Up

Our office and production facility are in the same building in Sector 4, Greater Noida West. Design, quotation, cutting, edge-banding, assembly and site coordination all run from one place.

What That Changes in Practice

• Dates hold. We schedule our own line rather than waiting for a slot at someone else's workshop.
• Specification does not drift. The plywood grade you approved is the sheet that gets cut, because we are the ones cutting it.
• Remakes take days. When something needs redoing, it goes back on our own line rather than into a queue.
• You can visit. Ask, and we will show you the unit before you sign anything. Most firms cannot offer that.

How We Quote

Every quotation we issue is itemised. Against each line you will see the board grade, the hardware brand, the laminate or finish code and the counter material. You can hold it beside another company's quotation and compare item for item.

That is the entire point. A lump-sum quotation of ₹6 lakh and another of ₹8 lakh tell you nothing on their own. One may be BWP plywood with Hettich hardware and the other commercial ply with unbranded hinges. Without the specification written down, you are comparing two numbers, not two kitchens.

What Our Prices Exclude

Loose furniture, appliances, curtains and soft furnishings are quoted separately rather than bundled in. Some firms include them in a headline figure, which makes their number look complete and ours look bare. We would rather you knew exactly what you were buying, and sourced the rest yourself if you prefer.

The Order We Work In

Nothing moves to the next stage until the previous one is signed off. That sequence is the single thing that stops a budget drifting.

1. Free measured survey. We record real dimensions, plumbing, electrical points and structural constraints. We do not quote from a floor plan.
2. 3D design. Every room modelled with the actual finishes. Revisions here cost nothing, which is where they belong.
3. Itemised quotation. You approve the design and the price together, not one and then the other.
4. Manufacturing. Produced on our own line to the approved specification.
5. Site execution. Civil, electrical, carpentry, painting and installation, sequenced and supervised daily.
6. Snagging and handover. We walk the home with you, write down every defect, and close it before the final payment.

What We Do

Full home interiors for 2BHK, 3BHK, 4BHK flats and villas — modular kitchens, wardrobes, false ceilings, TV units, wall panelling, electrical rework and painting. We also take office and commercial fit-outs: workspaces, clinics, salons, showrooms and studios.

Being based in Greater Noida West means daily site supervision is a matter of routine rather than scheduling for most of that area. Supervision frequency, not distance on a map, is what protects a timeline.

Materials We Will Not Compromise On

BWP-grade plywood for carcasses, never MDF or particle board, because NCR humidity is hard on engineered boards. Hettich, Häfele or Blum hardware chosen on shutter weight. Edge banding at 2mm on exposed edges rather than 0.8mm, because thin banding lifts at the corners once it has been knocked a few times.

The survey and the 3D design are free, and no payment is due until you have approved both the drawing and the itemised price. If you are still comparing firms, that is fine — ask each of them who manufactures the joinery, whether the plywood grade is named in writing, and whether the completion date sits in the contract. Those three answers separate the field quickly.
