Come and See the Workshop
Our office and production unit are in the same building. If you are deciding between firms, ask to visit. You will see the plywood we cut, the hardware we fit and the work in progress on other homes. Very few interior companies in this market can offer that, because most do not own a workshop — they book one.
No appointment is strictly needed during working hours, but a call ahead means someone from the design team will be free to walk you through it.
What Happens After You Get in Touch
- Same day, usually. We call back to understand the property type, rough scope and your timeline. Five minutes, no sales pitch.
- Within two to three days. A surveyor visits and measures the property properly — dimensions, plumbing runs, electrical points, structural constraints. This is free.
- Within a week. You get a 3D design of every room with the actual materials shown, plus an itemised quotation with plywood grade, hardware brand and finish code named against each line.
- Revisions. Free, and unlimited at the design stage. That is where changes belong.
- Only then. If you approve the design and the price together, work is scheduled. Nothing is payable before that.
What to Have Ready
None of this is essential, but it speeds things up considerably:
- The flat's carpet area, or the builder's floor plan if you have it
- Possession status — empty flats finish about a week faster than occupied ones
- Whether the society requires an NOC, and any restriction on working hours
- A rough budget band, even a wide one. It saves both of us designing something you did not want to spend
- Any images you have saved of interiors you like

Where We Work
Noida across all sectors including the Expressway belt and the older established sectors. Greater Noida, Greater Noida West and Noida Extension — this is where our unit is, so supervision here is daily as a matter of routine. Ghaziabad including Indirapuram, Vaishali, Vasundhara, Raj Nagar Extension, Crossings Republik and Siddharth Vihar.
If your area is not listed, ask anyway. The question that matters is travel time for our supervisors, not which side of a district boundary you are on.
What We Take On
Full home interiors for flats and villas, modular kitchens, wardrobes, false ceilings and lighting, TV units and wall panelling, and renovation of existing interiors. Before You Call Anyone
Whether or not you contact us, three questions separate interior firms quickly, and they take about a minute to ask:
- Who manufactures the joinery? The firm, or a workshop they book that month?
- Is the plywood grade named on the quotation, or described as "premium"?
- Is the completion date in the contract, or only in the conversation?

Common Questions Before You Call
Is the site visit really free?
Yes, and so is the 3D design that follows it. We do not charge for measurement or for drawings, and there is no obligation attached to either. Payment starts only once you have approved both the design and the itemised price.
How quickly can you start?
Usually within two to three weeks of design approval, depending on the current production schedule. If your society NOC is still pending, that often sets the date rather than we do — which is why we file it during the design stage rather than after.
Do you work on single rooms or only full homes?
Both. A modular kitchen alone, wardrobes for two bedrooms, or a false ceiling and lighting scheme are all normal projects for us. Full home interiors simply run several of those in parallel.
What is the payment schedule?
Roughly 10 to 15 per cent on design approval, 40 to 50 per cent at material procurement, 30 per cent at installation and the balance at handover after snagging. Never release a final payment to anyone before the snag list is closed.
Can I supply my own materials?
For some items, yes — appliances, sanitaryware and loose furniture are commonly client-supplied. Structural joinery materials we prefer to supply, because the warranty on our work depends on the grade actually used.
Do you take projects outside Noida, Greater Noida and Ghaziabad?
Occasionally, for larger projects. Beyond that radius daily supervision stops being practical, and supervision frequency is what protects a timeline. We would rather decline than commit to a date we cannot hold.
A Note on Response Times
We are a small team and every enquiry is answered by someone who can actually discuss the work, not by a call centre reading a script. That means the reply may take a few hours rather than seconds, particularly if the team is on site. If it is urgent, WhatsApp is usually fastest.
