How Our Services Are Priced

Every service below is quoted line by line, never as a lump sum. Against each item you will see the plywood grade, the hardware brand, the laminate or finish code and the counter material. That is what lets you compare our quotation against another one honestly — two figures on their own tell you nothing.

What These Prices Exclude

Loose furniture, appliances, curtains and soft furnishings are quoted separately rather than bundled in. Some firms fold them into a headline figure, which makes their number look complete and ours look bare. We would rather you knew exactly what you were buying and sourced the rest yourself if you preferred.

Residential Work

Full home interiors are the bulk of what we do — kitchen, wardrobes, living and dining, false ceilings, electrical rework and painting delivered as one project with one team accountable for the whole of it. Individual services are equally normal: a modular kitchen alone, wardrobes for two bedrooms, or a lighting scheme.

We also take renovations, which are a different exercise from a first fit-out. In a ten-year-old flat the hardware has usually failed long before the carcass has, and where the plywood is BWP grade and dry we keep it and replace only shutters, hinges and channels. That costs roughly 40 per cent of a rebuild. We photograph the carcass at the survey so the decision is yours and evidenced.

Office and Commercial Work

Workspaces, clinics, dental practices, salons, showrooms and studios. Commercial fit-outs are priced per square foot rather than per room, because specification rather than layout drives the cost. They also run on a different set of constraints: building fit-out applications, contractor insurance, worker passes, booked service-lift slots and restricted noisy-work hours. We file all of that. Materials We Specify

• Carcass: BWP-grade plywood throughout, never MDF or particle board. NCR humidity is hard on engineered boards.
• Hardware: Hettich, Häfele or Blum, chosen on shutter weight, with the brand printed on the quotation.
• Edge banding: 2mm on exposed edges, not 0.8mm. Thin banding lifts at the corners once knocked.
• Counters: granite or quartz, with the slab shown to you before it is cut.
• Ceilings: gypsum on a galvanised frame in most rooms; POP only where a curved profile is genuinely wanted.
• Paint: premium emulsion over prepared and primed surfaces. Doing it twice costs more than doing it properly once.

The Order We Work In

1. Free measured survey. Real dimensions, plumbing, electrical points and structural constraints recorded. We do not quote from a floor plan.
2. 3D design. Every room modelled with the actual finishes. Revisions here cost nothing.
3. Itemised quotation. You approve design and price together, not one and then the other.
4. Manufacturing. Produced on our own line in Greater Noida West to the approved specification.
5. Site execution. Trades sequenced and supervised daily.
6. Snagging and handover. Defects listed in writing and closed before the final payment.
